The department is responsible for all the marketing activities of the various projects, including advertising, spokesmanship, public relations, customer retention, community management and sales.

Sharbiv believes that the spotlight should be on to the projects themselves, each with its own character, language and process. Every project receives its unique specifications, unique mix and a dedicated sales center with professional salespersons solely responsible for the specific project.
For us the buyers are at the center, and therefore it is not surprising that our customers have bought additional apartments from us over the years. We believe that investing in the community and the buyers is no less important than investment in the real estate itself. We invest extensive resources in cultivating our project communities and in maintaining close ties with those who purchase our apartments. For us, we are all one big family.

The emphasis of the Marketing and Sales Department is on understanding the needs of the buyers, on building a strategy and communication channels and on developing a long-term relationship, in the hope that it will bring the potential buyer to join the project.
