What We Do?
The Finance Department is responsible for handling all customer, contractor, supplier and service provider payments. The department accompanies residents in all matters relating to the sales contracts, receipts, guarantees, mortgages and the like, from the signing of the proposal letter all the way to receiving possession of the apartment.
The department’s ongoing responsibilities include handling all matters pertaining to banks, bank accompaniment, bookkeeping, financial statements, inter- and intra-organizational administration, purchasing, and working with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
