What We Do
The department handles all issues pertaining to the planning and execution of the Company’s projects, from examination/assessment of a new project up until delivery of the apartments to Sharbiv customers. This includes accompanying customers throughout the years of the examination stage to the customer’s satisfaction.
Our Creed, Reputation and Experience
Sharbiv believes that good work is achieved first and foremost with good people. Therefore, the Company places importance on selecting its human capital and ensuring its suitability to the character of the Company and its values. The Engineering Department is comprised of employees of varied and differing characteristics, which taken together complement each other and contribute to achieving a quality product.
The department is made up of a range of employees, including forepersons and engineers with tens of years of experience, along with a young staff which receives training as it espouses the Company’s values and the required professional level of quality.
From the Planning to the Execution Stage
The Engineering Department connects to the project already at the tender stage. It examines the execution possibilities and the final product that it will be possible to achieve from the land and also helps assess the project feasibility. After purchase of the land the department characterizes the project and prepares an optimal plan of the lot and the residential surroundings in the aim of providing a quality product to potential residents. If needed, we do not hesitate to update the existing city building plan.
After defining the project specifications the department submits the plan for approval of the local government and handles receipt of a permit. After obtaining the building permit (and even before in order to be prepared when it is received) the Execution Department enters the process and handles execution planning and actual execution. The four emphases of the Execution Department are: quality, meeting timetables, meeting budgets and of course meeting safety goals.
